Scouts BSA Summer Camp
Summer camp, a long-term camping experience of seven days and six nights, is one of the great highlights for youth in Scouting. Traditionally considered as one of the cornerstones of the Scouting program, summer camp is the climax of the troop's year-round camp program.
Camp Noyo is located between Fort Bragg and Willits -- exact location is at Mile 16 of the Skunk Train route, sandwiched in the Noyo River valley. The clear blue waters and tall redwood trees make Camp Noyo the picture-perfect camping location for any Scout unit. Its smaller size gives campers many opportunities that they would not receive at larger camps. No fighting to get into the Merit Badge session you want! In addition, the staff is able to custom tailor the Camp Noyo experience to fit the needs of each unit in camp.
This camp has a superb balance between a rustic back country feel and comforting front country appeal making it perfect for the new and experience camper alike.

Camp Royaneh has a special magic all its own and steeped in tradition located in a beautiful coastal redwood forest camp is just 97 miles north of the San Francisco Bay Area near the Russian River Community of Cazadero. By participating in the Trail to Thunderbird program, Scouts can experience all aspects of summer camp. Program areas include woodlore, pioneering, traditional Scout skills, dutch oven cooking, shooting sports (archery, rifle, shotgun, and .50 caliber black powder) and aquatics (swimming in the camp pool and canoeing in the nearby Russian River.)
Wente Scout Reservation has 2000 plus acres offering limitless possibilities for fun and adventure. With swimming, boating and fishing on the private waters of the eight acre Lake, you are sure to find a waterfront activity you'll enjoy. With countless merit badges to choose from, and an exciting Eagle trail program for first-year scouts, most every advancement need can be met. Join the Rising W Corral for a horse ride. With the best Scout camp mountain bike program in California, Scouts can traverse the 11 miles of trails great for all levels of writers or attempt the program area obstacles to hone their skills. The Finney Valley program will help you set goals and experience the wide variety of activities around camp.
