Our annual REC-BSA Volunteer Recognition Dinner celebrates Scouting achievements during the past year, honors our newest Eagle Scouts, and recognizes many unit, district, and council Scouters who have dedicated years of service to Scouting. Silver Beaver Awards, Veteran Awards, Dick Hacke Awards, and Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented, plus a special recognition of our Eagle Scouts and our Popcorn top Scout sellers.
