Council Key 3 Reaffirms Our Commitment to Inclusion and Non-Discrimination

Council Key 3 officers - president Ray Leonard, commissioner Keith Schoenthal, and Scout executive Charlie Howard-Gibbon -- wish to reaffirm that Redwood Empire Council volunteers and staff fully and completely follow the National BSA Policy of Non-discrimination as stated on the national website and on BSA membership applications.

It is our council's continued wish and desire to include all youth and adults who follow the Scout Oath and Scout Law, meet the specific membership requirements as presented in the BSA Rules and Regulations, and adhere to the BSA Code of Conduct.
