Also, another tidbit I found 'In 1927 in addition to operating Camp Hine, a second camp on the Noyo River ran for two sessions' (quote worded from memory, but the details are correct). I assumed this was Camp Noyo, but reading the Noyo history in this document, I'm not sure.  This camp on the Noyo was not used again by RDC/RAC between 1928 and 1932 when Mendocino changed Councils.
