18:15 Pledge of Allegiance;  Welcome by Dave

Minutes - Moved to approve, Seconded and Passed.

Nomination Committee - Mark Abel, absent;  COR, District Committee, and nominating committee are eligible to vote for District Chair and Members-at-Large;  Mark and the Nominating Committee will put together ballots for voting in January or February;  Committee positions are appointed by the Committee Chair.

Communications (Katie Dougherty) - Constant Contact will no longer be used. It requires individual consent to receive it. POMO Post-submission for articles due Friday 11/30.

Executive Committee Meeting 11/20;  The UPP letter was sent out with Recharter packets;  Will likely run $200/scout pending Board Retreat on 12/7 which has final approval for UPP/budget.  Jack Frances had put together new budget which shows a $1,009 net profit if UPP is successful.

FOS - Dave P:  $108,000 raised by REC so far vs. $180,000 budgeted; about 2/3 of the money for the Council budget/operations comes from FoS; about $10K more expected.  Receipts are needed for reimbursement for activities;  If not reimbursed, they can count toward FoS contributions.  This year about $1,600 came from the cost of portapoties being donated and $400 from Webelos Woods. Bruce Mayfield often writes off printing costs which also count toward FoS.  FoS pledges generally have a default rate of 5-6%;  much lower this year as a lot of pledges were made with credit cards. The Giving Workshop was held 11/21; 7-8 people attended.
The Gala was successful but less than previously; Terri did a very good job;  Linda and Janet assisted with registration.

Pomo District Committee - Many positions still not filled. Dave hopes to fill with volunteers.

Training - Peggy B, absent - submitted report by email;  UoS will be held Jan 11 at LDS Church on Yulupa;  Cost $18;  Hopes to have registration open by 12/5

Membership/Recruiting - Sherry K, absent - reported by email.  Held a Nuclear Science MB meeting.

Eagles Advisor - Dave P:  16 Eagles year-to-date, 4 more pending;  6 Eagle projects approved in last 2 weeks;  Possibly 6 or more Eagle Boards of Review pending in December.
Merit Badges - Dan Logan, absent;  Miwok expressed interest in conducting a Railroad Merit Badge workshop;  We should calendar when merit badges are being hosted.

Camping/Outdoor - Shawn H absent, reported by email;  He requested his reports not be posted in the Pomo Post. He has some concerns. Jackie Reese reviewed and will follow up;  Angie and Kandi may be on his Camping committee but not involved with Camp-O-Ree or Webelos Woods.

Scouting 4 Food -Jackie R;  Needs to reach out to Food Bank. Scheduled for Mar 14;  Door hangers are out of date. It was suggested labels could be printed and put over old dates. Maybe a unit could do this for a service project.

Popcorn - Connie D, absent - no report.

Pinewood Derby - David Cervone, absent. He is willing to do it again this year but would like someone to volunteer that he could mentor for the following year. He has a Derby rules booklet of about 8-10 pages.
