Requirements

  • Source - Leadership Training Committee Guide (#34169)
    Training
    • Complete Venturing Leader Specific Training.
    • Complete Sea Scouting leader's specialized training.
    • Complete a boating safety course offered by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary, U.S. Power Squadron, or similar organization.
    Tenure
    • Complete a total of two years tenure registered in any adult capacity in the Venturing program.
    Performance
    • Perform your assigned leadership duties to the satisfaction of the Skipper.
