Cub Scout Twilight Camps - hosted by REC-BSA Districts

Cub Scout Twilight Camps are available to any registered Cub Scout regardless of program level.

All Twilight Camps are led by district volunteers, with directors having received formal National Camp School training, and volunteer staff having been trained/oriented in pre-camp sessions.  Our camps follow all the BSA National Camp Accreditation Program (NCAP) standards, which include safety requirements, program planning standards, and site standards.

Cub Scouts will be placed into dens that rotate through multiple program stations each day. These Scouts will participate in archery, BB guns, crafts, games, nature, science, Scout skills, sports, and more in the great outdoors.

Scouts may attend as many camps as they choose. Each camp will have theme-specific activities and will have different advancement opportunities for the Scouts.

Tiger Cub Scouts (those entering grade 1 in the fall) may attend Twilight Camp if accompanied by their parents/guardians.

All packs are expected to contribute den leaders and/or camp volunteers to Twilight Camps their Scouts are attending.  When registering, each Cub Scout parent is solicited for which role(s) he or she is willing to play as a camp volunteer.
