Gala and Auction 2024

Our annual Gala and Auction is a fabulous in-person gathering, including silent auction reception hour, seated dinner, and live auction. Register for Gala dinner seating through our website. Note that we will again utilize "Greater Giving" for auction item purchases, as well as "Fund-A-Need" donations. Signup link is on Gala Resources tab.

Our annual REC Scouting Gala and Auction is our annual Special Event that is both a fun evening for Scouting friends and family members and our effort to secure addition support for Scouting during the current program year.

Sponsors and full table of 8 registrations will have all 8 participants seated together.  Individual seat registrations (1 to 7 seats) will be assigned to other tables by the Gala Committee (seating preference requests will be honored to the best of our ability).

When registering online, please list guest names of those you are paying for.  If you need to turn in any names later, please mark any missing names in online registration as Guest X, Guest Y, etc., and then send in the missing names when they become known.

We will again be using the Greater Giving software for Gala and Auction bidding and purchases, as well as donations during the Gala.  Each guest need to go to the Greater Giving webpage for the REC-BSA Gala (see link on resources tab) to activate/reactivate his/her Greater Giving account for Auction bidding and/or Gala donating.
