The Camporee-Cuboree Leaders Guide is being updated and when available will be uploaded to this site!

In order to operate our Camporee-Cuboree in true Scouting style, all youth and adults in packs, troops, crews, and ships will register through their unit leaders and attend as part of a unit.  The unit leader may submit an initial registration of at least two adults and one youth, and then additional participants may be added later.  Substitutions may be made by the unit leader or unit coordinator through your MyCouncil portal on the REC Scouting website.

When initiating your unit's initial registration, please indicate the names (or den numeral) of each patrol and den from your unit.  If your unit is small, you may create a patrol/den name for a single patrol/den for the purpose of event registration.  The patrol/den name should not be the same as the unit number.  Patrol/den recognitions will be issued during the Saturday recognition ceremonies, so our staff needs to know the names of patrols/dens (either permanent or temporary) in advance of the Camporee for our preparations.

To make online registration easy, we are only requiring minimal information for each participant, but we must have names and key information for each participant.  You will be asked to provide an e-mail address for each adult.  Please indicate for each participant any special needs that may apply to such participant.

All participants will pay camporee fees to the unit, and the unit will register all its participants through the website.  Arrow of Light Scouts (5th grade) and adults camping as guests of a troop pay the troop, and troop will register them.  The only individual registration option through our website is for Camporee staff age 18 and older.

In order to secure the on-time/discounted fee, event registrations must be paid online by September 25.  Any additional registrations or late registrations paid after September 25 will pay the full "late fee".

Refunds will be only granted upon written request following the event according to the Council Refund Policy, and such refund will only be sent to the unit (not to individuals).  As stated in the policy, refunds will only be granted based on limited exceptional circumstances.  If your unit has a "drop-out", you may substitute a new youth or adult without penalty.
